Winston Wednesday: Victory for MSU

We spent this past weekend in East Lansing enjoying some tailgating and football at Michigan State and reveling in our first 4th in a row win over University of Michigan since 1962! For my football obsessed husband, this was his Christmas.

Winston opted to stay in Chicago to hang out with his friend Jake.

Here he is enjoying a mimosa during the game…

it was a good game – pretty close all the way through, but once it was clear we had the game in our hands, he was off to bed to relax

New Daiya Pepper Jack

The new Daiya Vegan Pepperjack is AMAZING!!! I had it on my tacos the other night and I loved how much flavor it added. I’d highly suggested grabbing a bag for yourself

**on a side note, I forgot how yummy soft shells are when you warm them on the gas stove – directly over the flame – so good!

I suddenly just realized I missed the two year birthday of EcoCupscious on April 9! Time has flown by – I’m having a lot of fun with this blog. This is great encouragement for me to keep learning new things each day so that I can share more cosmetics, fashion, foods, restaurants, recipes and ideas with all of you!
