Cutting animal products from your diet does not mean that you have to miss out on all the yummy foods that go along with watching football. On a recent Saturday while watching college football, I quickly threw together this yummy snack (while my carnivorous husband and his friends ate the non-cups version). I grabbed a LightLife Jumbo Smart Dog off the grill (my fav since they’re long enough to go to the end of the bun!), topped it with Amy’s Organic Medium Chili and Daiya Cheese and it was delicious! I think the boys were missing out!
